 +==== 011 Administrative Procedures Manual ====
 +
 +School-wide administrative procedures are established written guidelines which direct operations and are in alignment with the policies of the Board of Directors. The administrative Procedures Manual includes, but is not limited to, finance, operations, personnel, and instruction. This Manual is published/updated at least annually, and school administration must ensure that core school handbooks (Employee Handbook, Parent-Student Handbook, Athletics Handbooks) align with its language and directives. Revisions to any procedures or the addition of any procedures to the Procedures Manual must be done through the following process:
 +  - Procedure or procedural revision is presented to the Administration Team (Head of School, Principals, Business Director, and Director of Human Resources) for commentary and suggestions.
 +  - Any procedure must include links to other relevant procedures or Board Policies in the language or references of the procedure.
 +  - The procedure or procedural revision is voted upon (approved) by the Administration Team.
 +  - An Administrative Team vote may be overridden by the Head of School; however, in such a case, this must be indicated in the procedural approval notes, and the Board of Directors must be notified and consulted.
 +  - The procedure is entered into the Procedures Manual with date and approvals indicated.
 +  - All relevant handbooks must be modified (if necessary) to reflect any changes to the Procedures Manual, and relevant parties must be notified.
 +  - The software housing the Procedures Manual must track historical changes to all procedures.
 +  - The Board of Directors must be notified of any Procedures that impact or enforce current Board Policies.
